Blending

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials according to batch records and production instructions.

• Operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Verify ingredients, lot numbers, and quantities before starting each batch.

• Monitor blending processes to ensure consistency and product quality.

• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.

• Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas following company procedures.

• Follow all GMP, safety, and company policies.

• Report equipment malfunctions, material discrepancies, or quality concerns to the supervisor.

• Assist with material handling and inventory as needed.

• Work collaboratively with Quality Control, Warehouse, and Production teams.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or blending experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with powders and production equipment.
