Stick Pack Department – Job Description

The Stick Pack Department is responsible for the production and packaging of powdered products into individual stick-pack packets. Employees will work around production and packaging equipment and will be responsible for maintaining a steady production flow while following all safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.

Typical duties may include:

• Operating or assisting with stick-pack production and packaging equipment.

• Loading materials and packaging supplies into production areas.

• Inspecting finished stick packs for quality and proper packaging.

• Packing finished products into boxes or containers.

• Repetitive standing, walking, bending, reaching, and other production movements.

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Following all company safety, PPE, quality, and sanitation procedures.

• Working as part of a production team to meet daily production goals.
