Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Reliable transportation.
Dependable with excellent attendance.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor when interacting with candidates, employees, and staffing agencies.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Recruiting Department with daily staffing needs.
Communicate with temporary staffing agencies regarding open positions and candidate placements.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Track candidate attendance, start dates, and assignment status.
Maintain recruiting records and documentation.
Support the Recruiting team with administrative tasks and special projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
