Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, scanning and labeling products, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments

• Verify product quantities and inspect for damages

• Scan products into the inventory management system

• Accurately label cabinets and related materials

• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits

• Communicate discrepancies or issues to supervisors

• Assembly

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• Basic computer and scanner proficiency

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience using hand tools/power tools experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Safety shoes are REQUIRED
