About the role

Position: PM Team Lead (Building B4)
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Requirements: Bilingual candidates is a plus
Training Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Regular Schedule (after training): 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM (PM shift)

Experience & Skills

Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in warehouse, manufacturing,Production or similar environment
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
Strong communication skills

Physical / Work Conditions

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Soft Skills

Reliable and punctual
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to handle conflict and support team performance
