Assembler

Job Description:

We are hiring Assemblers to assemble products and components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This position involves using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment to produce finished products that meet safety and production requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to drawings, work instructions, and established procedures.

• Read and interpret basic drawings, measurements, and assembly instructions.

• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices.

• Install hardware, brackets, panels, and other components as required.

• Perform drilling, fastening, fitting, and other basic fabrication or assembly tasks.

• Verify parts and materials before beginning assembly.

• Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit, function, appearance, and workmanship.

• Identify damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming parts and report issues to a supervisor.

• Complete required production documentation and maintain accurate records.

• Follow safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Assist other manufacturing departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in assembly and hand tools.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring tools.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality.
