Powder Coating Helper

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Powder Coating Production Associate to join a manufacturing team that produces shooting range equipment. This position is responsible for assisting throughout the powder coating process, from preparing parts for coating to packaging finished products for shipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Hang metal parts on racks for the powder coating process.

• Place powder-coated products into curing ovens.

• Remove products after they have cooled.

• Wrap finished products using shrink wrap for shipping and protection.

• Perform general production and warehouse duties as assigned.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with regular exposure to heat from curing ovens.

• Requires standing, walking, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and move products as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
