We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining quality, organization, and efficiency within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Verify order information, product quantities, and shipping details

• Package products according to company quality and safety standards

• Label, scan, and stage outgoing shipments

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.) as needed

• Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management

• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding workflow, shortages, or order issues

• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and fulfillment goals

• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and warehouse protocols

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, shipping, or production experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Basic computer or scanning device experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to [insert weight requirement — ex. 50 lbs]

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a warehouse environment

• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.
